Your Role:
This position will be focused on brand building for our Grooming sector focusing on iconic brands such as Gillette, Venus, and Braun.
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on brands, driving the business results. You will engage with multi-disciplinary teams (including Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media Agencies) to develop top strategies for your brand's success.
You will lead a mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership. You will need to derive insights from the data, which will enable brand leaders as they set the direction for brand growth. As your skills increase, you can expect to advance in roles with increased responsibilities. Overall, we want people who aren't afraid to take smart risks and innovate.

Identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
Work on well-defined focus on one or more brands, channels, lines or categories.
Collaborate effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
Accomplish tasks as an individual contributor with more direct supervision.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s, preferably with Business focus
Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills
Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities
Ability to work under limited supervision and determine own priorities.
Strong collaborative skills for internal influencing and sharing important information.
Experience in developing knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements.
Willingness to be geographically mobile in future assignments.
Starting Pay/Salary Range: $110,000 – $165,300
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
