The Promotions team is looking for a creative, and results oriented person to join our Promotional Campaign planning function that supports all Wayfair North America. In this role, you will play a major part in launching omni-channel promotional campaigns for Wayfair’s largest moments, like Way Day, Black Friday and all Major Shopping Holidays. We are looking for a Senior Associate to plan and execute Campaigns for Wayfair.com to help launch best-in-class promotional campaigns by driving the end to end marketing, site, and creative strategy. Your key partners will be Creative, Creative Ops, Promotions team and the broader Marketing Org. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, entrepreneurial, and has a passion for driving results in a very fast paced environment. This candidate also has an equal respect for creativity and performance, and experience working in a highly collaborative culture. 

What You'll Do
  • Execute end-to-end promotional campaign strategy across across Wayfair North America (US and CAN)
  • Own campaign kickoff meeting per each promotional campaign to ensure alignment with all stakeholders
  • Coordinate Creative and Marketing plan for each campaign based on historical data, testing, and competitive landscape
  • Manage timelines and progress across a large cohort of cross functional teams (Marketing, Creative, Operations, Retail) to ensure compelling campaign execution
  • Report on promo campaign performance to act on in-the-moment trends and share updates with leadership
What You'll Need
  • 1+ years of ecommerce, corporate retail, marketing, or campaign management preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and customer-facing communications
  • Ability to manage and prioritize projects with multiple concurrent timelines, and to delegate tasks appropriately
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively across a large number of cross-functional stakeholders 
  • Innovative problem-solving skills -- dissect and determine root cause of problems and implement solutions
  • Experience working with and briefing Creative and Marketing teams and / or interest in understanding how creative/design tactics drive customer engagement
  • Demonstrated senior presence
