The Senior Associate, Growth Marketing is a marketing specialist for DailyPay’s user communications product. Reporting to the Director of B2C marketing, the role is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end communications campaigns across email/sms/push. The role will help drive adoption through a mix of process and growth campaigns matrixed across R&D, Product, Marketing, Partner Success, Sales, and Operations. This is a hands-on and operational role to determine strategy, tactics and implementation specifically for our consumer financial products.
The ideal candidate has specific experience in consumer financial marketing and a user retention or data-driven growth/marketing background with very strong analytical and communication skills. The role requires high proficiency with communications, analytics and reporting tools.

How You Will Make an Impact:Manage and implement growth campaigns and A/B tests across all client communications (email, SMS, push notifications) using Iterable
Take over ownership of ongoing campaigns we currently have in market for consumer financial adoption and retention
Own creation, execution, and prioritization of new campaigns
Set and hit revenue and KPI targets
Prepare data reports and analysis of all campaign results used by departments across the company
Work with Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to support the business with everything they need to generate value from growth campaigns
Be the subject matter expert for DailyPay growth campaigns and act as a growth evangelist internally and externally
2+ years experience in growth marketing, from a B2C tech and/or finance company is a must
Experience managing and executing communications campaigns
At least 1 years experience in financial services consumer products
Extremely detail oriented
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to seamlessly coordinate the efforts of a diverse range of business stakeholders
Ability to think holistically about growth strategy, and prioritize daily workflows accordingly
Experience using Iterable communications platform a huge plus
