This position is based in our new Boston Headquarters and will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.

The Senior Associate/Assistant Director, Sales & Product Enablement is a key member of the Global Private Wealth marketing organization, responsible for supporting commercial readiness across the platform.

This role partners closely with Investor Relations and client-facing teams to ensure product materials, presentations, and diligence documentation are accurate, coordinated, and aligned to fundraising priorities. The position plays a central role in bringing new products to market from a marketing and sales enablement perspective and maintaining high standards across ongoing product support.

The ideal candidate is someone who has:

  • Meaningful experience in the wealth marketplace and private markets.
  • Strong familiarity across fundraising workflows and investor diligence processes.
  • Experience with evergreen structures and private credit offerings is strongly preferred.

The role may be offered on a Senior Associate or Assistant Director level, depending on the level of experience.

What you will do:

Product Launch & Commercial Readiness

  • Drive marketing and sales enablement execution for new product launches within the private wealth platform.
  • Coordinate required launch materials, including presentations, FAQs, platform documentation, and diligence materials.
  • Partner across Product, Investment, Compliance, and Investor Relations to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent launch execution.
  • Maintain structured launch tracking and version control processes.

Sales & Product Enablement

  • Develop and maintain core product presentations, FAQs, and platform-specific materials.
  • Ensure alignment between approved product narratives and client-facing materials across regions.
  • Adapt materials to meet private bank, wealth platform, and advisory firm requirements.
  • Respond to evolving fundraising priorities through timely updates and customized presentation support.

RFP, DDQ & Due Diligence

  • Lead coordination of RFPs, DDQs, and investor diligence requests.
  • Maintain structured response libraries and diligence documentation repositories.
  • Gather and validate technical inputs from investment and product teams.
  • Support management of data rooms and investor review processes.

Ongoing Product Governance

  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across product materials, presentations, and diligence documentation.
  • Implement updates following product developments, performance changes, or structural enhancements.
  • Incorporate feedback from Investor Relations and client-facing teams to strengthen materials over time.

What you bring:

  • Direct experience working within the wealth marketplace required.
  • Strong familiarity with private markets products and fundraising processes.
  • Experience with evergreen private markets structures strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with private credit offerings preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing RFPs, DDQs, and investor diligence workflows.
  • Strong presentation development, analytical, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with sales enablement or content management platforms (e.g., Seismic, Loopio, or similar) a plus.

Education preferred:

  • Bachelor of Science (B.S) / Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in private markets product marketing, sales enablement, product specialist, capital raising support, or related roles.

Salary Range

$89,000.00 - $133,000.00

This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
