Senior Analytics Analyst

As our Sr. Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in daily operational reporting and data analysis for the Revenue Cycle Organization. Working with teammates in many different departments, the NCA team has a broad but direct impact on client engagements. You will play an intricate part in providing analytical expertise for the Revenue Cycle Organization. 
Here's what you will experience working as a Sr. Analytics Analyst:

• Report Creation
  • Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports 
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems 
  • Plan, create and deliver time-sensitive ad-hoc report requests
• Analysis
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets 
  • Summarize and include findings from analysis in reports distributed to Operations and leadership team for decision support
• Automation
  • Develop and implement process improvement tools using SQL Server, MS Excel, VBA or other programming tools to automate deliverables
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
•  Quality Assurance
  • Develop and implement validation standards for data transfer/loading and report creation

Required Skills: 

• Ideally 3-5+ years’ experience working in an analytics role with complex datasets
• Expert in SQL on any platform, including Snowflake/T-SQL/Microsoft SQL (must pass proficiency test) 
• Familiar with cloud-based Snowflake data warehouse 
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills 
• Advanced Power BI development skills 
• Exemplary analytical and critical thinking skills 
• Experience with data ingestion and database tools is preferred such as Astronomer Airflow, Data Bricks, MS Azure Blob Storage, SSIS packages and SSRS reports using Microsoft BI tools and SQL Server
• Experience with using other programming languages such as Python, VBA, or DAX to automate the delivery of reports across an enterprise is also preferred
