POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Analyst, FP&A – Legislative, Initiatives & Pricing Integration supports the tracking, modeling, and financial integration of legislative impacts, new business initiatives, and pricing assumptions into the Network P&L within CVS Health’s Pharmacy Services business. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A Fees, Credits, GTs, Legislative & Network Consolidation, this role monitors state and federal regulatory developments and quantifies their financial impact on network revenue, COGS, fees, and credits. The Sr. Analyst also partners with Network Pricing to ensure new pricing strategies and initiatives are accurately reflected in the Network financial plan.
Responsibilities:
- 30% - Monitors and tracks state and federal legislative and regulatory changes with financial implications for the Network P&L, including drug pricing legislation and Medicaid reimbursement changes.
- 25% - Builds financial models to quantify the P&L impact of legislative changes, new initiatives, and pricing strategy updates on Network revenue, COGS, and fees.
- 25% - Partners with Network Pricing and Strategy teams to integrate new pricing assumptions and initiative financial impacts into budget and forecast cycles.
- 15% - Prepares reporting and management updates summarizing legislative and initiative-related financial impacts for leadership review.
- 5% - Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Masters degree preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3 to 5 years of professional work experience
- Financial modeling and planning skills with ability to translate regulatory and policy changes into quantified P&L impacts
- Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy legislative landscape (e.g., drug pricing reform, Medicaid reimbursement policy) preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis; Tableau preferred
- Strong research and analytical skills; ability to synthesize complex regulatory information into financial assumptions
- Effective written and verbal communication; ability to present findings clearly to Finance and cross-functional leadership
- Collaborative work style with ability to partner with Network Pricing, Legal, and Government Affairs teams

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
