We are building a Finance organization where modern AI systems and automated FP&A infrastructure handle the routine, freeing our team to do what great finance partners actually do: help the business execute and see around corners.

As Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation reporting to the SVP of Finance, you’ll take on high-impact projects to move our FP&A team into the top 1% of the AI era (we are well on our way there already). We will deploy AI to capture real business value.

This is a hands-on transformation role. You’ll partner with Finance and business leaders to overhaul how we plan, forecast, manage costs, and generate insights. Combining financial discipline with a builder’s mindset, you’ll assess current workflows, design modern solutions, and influence stakeholders across teams.

Over time, this role will provide the opportunity to broaden into Corporate Development work, including M&A, debt financing, and other strategic initiatives.
