At Rohlik Group, we are changing how people eat and live — delivering fresh, high-quality groceries to millions of customers across Europe. To fuel this growth, we need sharp financial insights, strong planning, and smart decision support.

We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst who can turn complex data into clear stories for senior leadership and investors — helping us scale efficiently and sustainably.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with large data sets, building analytical models and taking ownership of key FP&A workstreams.

Why this role is exciting
  • You will support decision-making at the highest level — working closely with the Regional Head of FP&A, Group CFO, Executive Board and investors.

  • You will own key FP&A workstreams with a high degree of independence and visible business impact.

  • Your work will go far beyond reporting — you will help shape strategic decisions and long-term financial direction.

  • You will work across multiple markets and gain broad exposure to the financial performance of the Group.

  • Rohlik is an AI-first company, and you will have the opportunity to help modernise how FP&A works through automation and smarter tools.

What you will own and deliver
  • Partner with the Regional Head of FP&A and Group CFO on forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning and Business Reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR)

  • Consolidate management accounts and support alignment with IFRS standards

  • Build and maintain dashboards, financial models and running P&L

  • Prepare Board and investor materials, including financial tables, commentary and key insights

  • Challenge and support country finance teams, ensuring plans and forecasts are realistic and aligned with Group priorities

  • Develop scenario analyses and business cases for strategic decisions and new initiatives

  • Own the FP&A timetable and ensure timely, high-quality submissions across markets

  • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and improve FP&A processes

Success in this role means bringing data to life — turning numbers into clear decisions that help Rohlik grow efficiently and sustainably.

What we are looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, consulting or a similar analytical environment

  • Strong financial modelling and scenario planning skills

  • Ability to extract meaningful insights from large and complex data sets

  • Experience with Excel, Tableau, NetSuite, DataRails or similar tools

  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills

  • High attention to detail, strong ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Confidence working independently in a fast-changing environment

  • Fluent English, spoken and written

  • Experience with automation, AI-driven analytics or modern finance tools is a strong advantage

What’s in it for you
  • Fair reward - You’ll get a strong fixed salary — no bonus games, no politics. Great work is rewarded clearly and fairly.

  • Good food every day - You’ll enjoy a free lunch every day and fresh fruit & veggies in the office. Because good food fuels great work.

  • Life, not just work - You’ll have real flexibility – three days in the office, 2 days Home Office where it suits you. And unlimited paid vacation based on trust.

  • Personal growth - You’ll grow as fast as Rohlik does. Every challenge is a chance to learn and make an impact.

  • Real impact - What you do here matters. You’ll see your work changing how people eat and live — from day one.

  • Recognition among colleagues - Your effort won’t go unnoticed. You can recognise others (and be recognised) through peer credits to use in our internal cafeteria.

  • Xtra membership - You’ll get free Xtra membership and 10% cashback on everything you buy on Rohlik.cz.

  • Sport & wellbeing - You’ll stay active with company sports challenges or a subsidised Multisport card.

  • A team that sticks together - You’ll work with people who move fast, support each other and celebrate wins together.

  • If this sounds like you…You’re someone who takes ownership, acts fast and gets things done. Ready to bake something great with us?

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
