At Rohlik, we’re growing fast across Europe — and to make that growth work, we need the right products in the right place at the right time.
That’s why we’re looking for someone who will take ownership of forecasting at group level and help us move planning to the next level.
In this role, you’ll connect data, business and operations. You’ll own forecasting across markets, improve accuracy, and help build a planning setup that supports growth, efficiency and better decision-making.
Why this role is exciting

  • You’ll have impact across all Rohlik Group markets — CZ, HU, RO, DE and AT.

  • You’ll shape forecasting at group level, not just for one local market.

  • You’ll work with data, automation and AI in an area that directly affects business performance and customer experience.

  • You’ll partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and BI.

  • You’ll see the direct impact of your work on capacity, availability, waste reduction and overall efficiency.
    What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end demand forecasting across the whole Rohlik Group

  • Lead short-, mid- and long-term forecasting for both operational and strategic planning

  • Build forecasting standards, governance and scalable planning frameworks across markets

  • Ensure forecasts reflect commercial initiatives, seasonality, customer behaviour, weather impact and market trends

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, BI, Fulfillment and Last Mile

  • Translate business strategy and growth plans into forecasting, capacity planning and scenario-based decision support

  • Align forecasts with operational capacity, inventory requirements and financial targets

  • Own forecast accuracy KPIs, track performance and improve it through root-cause analysis

  • Partner with BI and Data teams to improve predictive models, reporting and data quality

  • Help drive automation, advanced analytics and AI-powered forecasting

  • Build reporting and monitoring tools that give leadership clear visibility and better decision support

  • Ensure forecasting readiness for peak periods, campaigns, seasonal events and exceptional demand situations

  • Act as the group expert for demand planning and help spread best practices across the organisation

What we’re looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Business Analytics or a related field

  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments — ideally retail, e-commerce, logistics or operations

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders across multiple countries

  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into clear business actions

  • Solid understanding of forecasting methodologies, scenario planning and capacity modelling

  • Experience with BI and visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)

  • Experience with automation and predictive analytics

  • Hands-on experience with AI is a strong advantage

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in fast-changing and sometimes ambiguous environments

  • Fluent Czech or Slovak and advanced English
    What’s in it for you

    • Fair reward - You’ll get a strong fixed salary — no bonus games, no politics. Great work is rewarded clearly and fairly.

    • Good food every day - You’ll enjoy a free lunch every day and fresh fruit & veggies in the office. Because good food fuels great work.

    • Life, not just work - You’ll have real flexibility – three days in the office, 2 days Home Office where it suits you. And unlimited paid vacation based on trust.

    • Personal growth - You’ll grow as fast as Rohlik does. Every challenge is a chance to learn and make an impact.

    • Real impact - What you do here matters. You’ll see your work changing how people eat and live — from day one.

    • Recognition among colleagues - Your effort won’t go unnoticed. You can recognise others (and be recognised) through peer credits to use in our internal cafeteria.

    • Xtra membership - You’ll get free Xtra membership and 10% cashback on everything you buy on Rohlik.cz.

    • Sport & wellbeing - You’ll stay active with company sports challenges or a subsidised Multisport card.

    • A team that sticks together - You’ll work with people who move fast, support each other and celebrate wins together.

    • If this sounds like you…You’re someone who takes ownership, acts fast and gets things done. Ready to bake something great with us?

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
