What you'll do as a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Analytics
- Drive the strategic interpretation of complex customer, promotional, and product datasets to uncover insights that drive data driven decision making.
- Shape strategy by analyzing customer behavior, engagement patterns, and lifecycle trends, translating findings into clear recommendations for business partners and senior stakeholders.
- Design, execute, and measure experiments that evaluate promotional effectiveness and customer engagement initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and quantify business impact.
- Develop scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into performance, customer health, promotional outcomes, and key lifecycle metrics.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders, helping teams make faster, more informed decisions through data-driven insights.
- Identify emerging customer trends and evolving market dynamics, proactively recommending opportunities to optimize the player experience.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of analytics or data science experience.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, R, SAS, or Matlab, with the ability to independently structure complex analyses and optimize data workflows.
- Deep understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, experimentation, and performance measurement.
- Experience analyzing customer behavior and translating large, complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
- Proven ability to synthesize findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations that influence decision-making across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across multiple functions to solve complex business challenges.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and advanced problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying opportunities, challenging assumptions, and uncovering high-impact insights from ambiguous datasets.
