About the Role:

As the Senior Data Analyst, Customer you will report to the Sr Analytics Manager, Customer Success. You will partner with program and product managers, engineers, and fellow analysts. You will become an expert in support experiences at Remitly - what is the customer experience, why do they need support, what support did they receive, the data we produce along the way. You will use this expertise, your analytical talents, and your partnerships to help Remitly both scale our business and deliver better support experiences to customers.

You Will:

  • Become an expert in customer support experiences, defining and measuring success
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Program Managers to generate insights and analyses that influence both product and process design
  • Effectively communicate metrics, commentary, and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders across our operational footprint
  • Simultaneously and independently manage multiple strategic initiatives while ensuring deadlines are met and the desired business impact is achieved

You Have:

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in an analytics role
  • Experience modeling complicated scenarios with data then estimating their relative size and impact
  • Experience managing analytics projects from creation to delivery, including developing structured solutions and driving business outcomes
  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau or other relevant tools
  • Fluency in SQL, data modeling, and other data science techniques.
  • Experience in statistical experimentation methods, such as A/B testing and experimental design
  • Demonstrated familiarity in using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and/or ChatGPT to accelerate problem-solving, automate routine data tasks, and generate insights for complex business problems.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $132,000-$165,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
