About The Role

The Senior Analyst, Corporate Finance is a core contributor to the consolidated financial picture of the combined G2. This role supports three-statement modeling, monthly consolidation and reporting, expense planning, and analyses that inform capital allocation and scenario planning. It is a high-visibility individual-contributor role with direct exposure to senior leadership and the company’s operating rhythm.

In This Role, You Will:

Support Consolidation & Three-Statement Modeling (30%)

  • Maintain the consolidated three-statement model across all entities (US, India, Spain), supporting intercompany eliminations and entity roll-ups.

  • Support the monthly consolidation process in partnership with Accounting and the Controller's organization.

  • Track risks & opportunities (R&Os) and bridge consolidated actuals to plan and forecast.

Deliver Financial Analysis & Modeling (30%)

  • Build and refine models supporting capital allocation, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.

  • Perform variance and trend analysis and ad hoc analysis to support leadership decisions.

  • Support Corporate Development on post-acquisition tracking.

Support Expense Planning & Budgeting (25%)

  • Support the company expense planning and budgeting processes, including budget vs. actuals, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Prepare budget and headcount views that give stakeholders visibility into remaining spend throughout the quarter.

  • Process spend approvals and purchasing workflow (Zip), applying spend policy and flagging exceptions to the Director.

Prepare MBR, Board & Investor Reporting (15%)

  • Prepare MBR and Board deck financials and investor reporting packages with accuracy and consistency.

  • Build executive-ready analysis of company performance against goals, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Ensure consistency of key consolidated metrics across all reporting (TRR, EBITDA, uFCF, integration costs).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, banking, consulting, or related fields.

  • Proven use of AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve efficiency.

  • Strong three-statement modeling and advanced Excel skills.

  • Track record of accurate, detail-oriented work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

What Can Help Your Application Stand Out:
  • Experience with multi-entity consolidation and executive or Board reporting.

  • B2B marketplace or SaaS exposure across multiple pricing models (subscription, ads, usage-based, freemium-to-paid).

  • Proficiency in ERP & BI tools (Intacct, Looker, or similar).

  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to distill analysis into clear insights.
