The Enterprise AI Engineering team is looking for experienced AI/ML Engineers to develop and implement innovative AI solutions to optimize semiconductor design processes and workflows. Our AI team have a particular focus on applying AI to Analog design, to automate analog placement and layout, reduce product development cycle time, and free up designers time to unlock innovation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative AI/ML solutions to optimize semiconductor design processes and workflows, and improve performance of the designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing EDA workflows.
  • Participate in design reviews, project planning, and technical discussions.
  • Be aware and stay ahead of the latest developments in AI and EDA .
  • Provide technical leadership in driving AI/ML solutions in semiconductor design.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of full-time industry experience in machine learning or semiconductor design. At least 3+ years in a senior technical leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing CAD tools and EDA solutions for the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong background in AI/ML techniques and their application in EDA.
  • Scripting and programming skills: Unix Shell, Python
  • Familiarity with analog and/or digital semiconductor design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
  • Experience with development and deployment  of Generative AI systems in real world applications, including training, fine-tuning of models on domain specific data.  
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development methodologies
