Compensation: $140,000–$180,000 + equity
The Role
We are hiring a Senior AI Solutions Consultant to be the technical bridge between Blitzy’s AI platform and enterprise engineering teams. This role is built for experienced technologists who understand the complexities of enterprise software development and are ready to move into a customer-facing role where technical expertise directly drives business outcomes.
You’ll work with VPs of Engineering, CTOs, and technical leaders at Fortune 500 companies and high-growth enterprises. When they discuss CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, technical debt, or SDLC challenges, you’ll speak their language fluently—and translate their complex technical environments into successful Blitzy implementations that fundamentally change how they build software.
What Success Looks Like
- You are the trusted technical advisor to enterprise engineering teams—earning credibility through deep, hands-on understanding of their environment and challenges
- You lead technical deep-dives with engineering teams that convert skepticism into conviction, addressing concerns about AI-generated code quality, security, and integration
- You design and execute proofs-of-concept that demonstrate measurable ROI within the customer’s specific technical environment
- You guide enterprises smoothly from traditional development to AI-augmented software creation, reducing friction at every stage
- You serve as the technical voice of the customer internally—influencing product roadmap and ensuring Blitzy continues to meet enterprise requirements
- You close the loop between technical success and commercial growth, partnering tightly with the sales team throughout complex enterprise cycles
Areas of Ownership
Technical Leadership & Consultation
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor to enterprise engineering teams evaluating and implementing Blitzy
- Navigate complex enterprise architectures, understanding legacy systems, security requirements, and integration constraints
- Translate enterprise SDLC pain points into Blitzy solutions with clearly defined, measurable ROI
- Lead technical deep-dives with engineering teams across CI/CD, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and developer tooling
Strategic Customer Engagement
- Partner with VPs of Engineering and CTOs to understand their technical roadmaps and strategic initiatives
- Design proofs-of-concept that demonstrate Blitzy’s value within each customer’s specific technical environment
- Guide enterprises through the journey from traditional development to AI-augmented software creation
- Build trusted, long-term relationships grounded in technical depth and customer outcomes
Solution Architecture & Implementation
- Architect Blitzy implementations that align with enterprise development workflows, tools, and processes
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to ensure successful integration with their existing tech stack
- Define success metrics and work with customers to achieve targeted outcomes including velocity improvements, cost reduction, and quality gains
- Oversee technical aspects of enterprise pilots, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on enterprise customer needs
- Work with the CRO and sales team to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
- Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and implementation playbooks
Required Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical leadership roles
- Deep understanding of enterprise software development lifecycles, from requirements gathering through deployment
- Hands-on experience with modern development practices: Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices
- Fluency in enterprise technology: cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization, API design, and security protocols
- Experience working within or selling to enterprise organizations, with an understanding of enterprise buying processes, compliance requirements, and decision-making dynamics
- Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences ranging from individual contributors to C-level executives
- Natural problem-solver who can think strategically while diving deep into technical details
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect at a SaaS or enterprise software company
- Background in digital transformation or helping enterprises modernize their technology stack
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies or implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments
- Track record of driving technical decisions that resulted in measurable business impact
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical thought leadership through blogs, talks, or publications
- Previous experience at companies such as Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or major enterprise consultancies
