Position Summary:
Swiftly is searching for a highly skilled Senior Advertising Operations Contractor to assist in the integration of a new demand side platform (DSP). A successful candidate will have strong knowledge in advertising operations and ad tech, especially on the retailer and/or publisher side. From running a project to understanding ad ops nuances this role is pivotal to the growth and success of Swiftly.
This is a full time contractor role. To start the duration of this contract will be 3 months. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the DSP migration project
  • Create and own the project plan for the DSP migration
  • Evaluate potential DSPs
  • Evaluate potential partners that would help with the migration
  • Evaluate the current technical architecture of Swiftly’s systems that are used in serving targets ads and providing full closed reporting for customers
  • Create and propose a DSP recommendation, including which DSP solution to migrate to and why
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Analytics and Sales Operations
  • Identify process improvements to enhance media execution and ad trafficking
  • Provide feedback on current processes and tools
  • Create new processes (including documentation) for future post-migration processes
  • Adapt to last-minute client requests with flexibility and efficiency
  • Other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business or marketing/advertising 
  • 10+ years of experience in a combination of both Ad Operations and Ad Tech
  • 5+ Digital Media or Retail Media experience
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a quickly changing start-up environment 
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with ad servers, notably GAM, Xandr, and other leading platforms 
  • Strong experience in project management / implementation
  • Strong presentation skills 
  • Ability to prioritize and focus oneself and the team with strict attention to detail
