As a Senior Administrative Support Specialist, you will play an important role in maintaining the administrative backbone within a DoD setting. This position primarily emphasizes administrative and program management experience. Your main focus will be to support operations in processing documentation and facilitating day-to-day administrative tasks crucial to the efficient functioning of the team

Responsibilities may include:
Records Management
Manage Workflow Taskers between the Directorate, Division, Branch and program levels
Collaborate with PEG and Branch Admin Support Personnel
Review documents for approval and clarity
Prepare Status Update briefings for leadership meetings
Take meeting minutes and follow-up with action items
Assist with travel planning and arrangement
Use discernment in finding/recommending the right person/people to work on a particular task
- Will perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must hold a current secret clearance.
The ideal candidate will also have:
Experience: Experience in discerning where to look for the right person to handle taskers
Proficient: Proficiency in Workflows, SharePoint, Teams and Record Management
Team Player: Proven ability to work with branch admins as well as interact confidently with the Directorate front office
Work Experience: Experience working in a division level front office or PEG before as well as experience working as a Program Manager
Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to take initiative to recommend efficiencies or automation processes that would benefit the programs/Branch/Division
The expected annual salary range: $80k - $90k. Salary is dependent upon the role and associated responsibilities, candidate's experience, and qualifications to include education/training, and key skills.
