Senior Accountant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial operations. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is confident taking ownership of key accounting processes and leading projects that enhance efficiency and compliance. 

What you will be responsible for:  

• Perform account reconciliations and analyses, prepare journal entries, and review accounting classifications, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles 
• Responsible for complex account reconciliations, including research and ensuring all items are accurate and up-to-date 
• Post and analyze global payroll transactions and ensure proper classification 
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in the close process 
• Support audits and tax filings, including coordination with external auditors and tax consultants 
• Partner with internal teams to support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes 
• Lead or support cross-functional projects, bringing an accounting perspective to operational initiatives 

Required Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred. 
• 4–6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. 
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP 
• Experience with NetSuite preferred 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
