Operating across the full GE HealthCare portfolio, the Senior Account Manager will play a critical role in delivering business objectives while supporting customers in improving patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy across the assigned national territory.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic healthcare accounts, including public hospitals, private healthcare providers, healthcare groups, and key institutional stakeholders.

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive decision-makers, clinical leaders, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.

  • Create and implement account plans designed to maximize customer value and long-term business growth.

  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract execution in compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Drive sales opportunities across the GE HealthCare portfolio by leveraging a consultative selling approach.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Service, Clinical Applications, Marketing, Finance, and Product Specialists to deliver customer-focused solutions.

  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and healthcare industry developments to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

  • Support public and private tenders, ensuring effective coordination throughout the bidding and award process.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and business planning activities.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for GE HealthCare within the healthcare ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • Significant experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Commercial Leadership within the healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or related industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and managing complex sales cycles.

  • Demonstrated experience building relationships with senior-level customer stakeholders.

  • Strong experience in contract negotiations and tender management.

  • Fluent in French and English; Arabic language skills would be an asset.

  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the country
