What you'll do:
- Develop a strong understanding of customer organizations, their priorities, relevant industry dynamics, and the solutions available to them.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through research, outreach, prospecting, and opportunity development.
- Create relationships with multiple decision-makers and influencers within complex organizations.
- Lead consultative, value-based sales cycles directly and in partnership with channel partners.
- Advance and close enterprise opportunities, including deals exceeding $100,000 in annual
contract value. - Partner with Marketing and Business Development on campaigns that engage target buyers.
- Meet or exceed sales and quarterly bookings goals; maintain accurate opportunity, forecast, and
activity records in Salesforce.
What you'll bring:
- At least 5 years of successful SaaS sales experience, ideally in enterprise or complex B2B sales.
- A track record of selling to transportation, logistics, critical infrastructure, or closely related organizations; direct passenger or cargo transportation experience is especially relevant.
- Experience managing consultative sales cycles, building executive relationships, and engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, written communication, and closing skills.
- History of meeting or exceeding quota, supported by measurable results.
- Comfort using Salesforce and applying AI tools to improve research, productivity, or sales workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work from the United States, live within practical reach of a major airport, and travel at least 30%.
Nice to have:
- Experience opening new markets or winning new customers (“hunter” sales experience).
- Success growing revenue in existing transportation or infrastructure accounts.
- Deep experience in transportation, infrastructure security, law enforcement, or adjacent technology markets; 15 or more years of relevant industry experience is a plus.
- Experience managing a high volume of opportunities and navigating security-conscious buying environments; an active security clearance is a plus.
