ABOUT EVEROPS

EverOps is the partner engineering teams wish they had but didn't know existed. We embed elite operators directly in our customers' teams to help them ship faster, reduce risk, and optimize cloud spend. We call them TechPods: forward-deployed, outcome-driven, backed by proven playbooks and AI-native workflows.

Every company now faces the same imperative: put AI to work or fall behind. But agents don't run on chaos. They need modern infrastructure, organized data, security, governance, and observability to run reliably in production. That is the layer we own. We help tech companies and enterprises move past AI demos and get real results from agents in production.

We sit in the sweet spot between strategy-only firms and staff-aug vendors. Not Big 4. Not bodies for hire. Operators who think big and deliver fast. Since 2012, companies like Coinbase, Snowflake, and Peloton have trusted us to scale platforms, cut waste, and modernize delivery.

We are an AWS Advanced Tier co-sell partner, and our go-to-market is increasingly AWS-led. Our thesis is sharp: make AI actually run in production on AWS, not in a slide deck. That is the wave this seat sells into.

THE ROLEYou own the top of the funnel and the close.

This is a true new-logo hunter seat. Your job is to create pipeline from scratch and turn it into signed customers, with a heavy emphasis on the AWS ecosystem. Two engines drive your pipeline.

  1. AWS co-sell - We run a live alliance motion with a full-time owner feeding relationships and joint opportunities. You convert those into closed logos.

  2. Your own outbound - You do not wait for leads. You build target lists, establish new relationships, and create pipeline where none existed. You're not afraid to pick up the phone or work the room at an event.

You will run some existing accounts to get started. But the incentives and the focus are on new logos. That is your scoreboard.

Reporting. You report to the CEO initially, transitioning under a Head of Growth we expect to hire this year.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Build and close net-new-logo pipeline for EverOps TechPod and platform engagements

  • Partner with our AWS alliance owner to turn co-sell relationships into signed customers Self-source outbound: research, build target lists, and run cold out each without waiting for leads

  • Run consultative, technical sales cycles with engineering and executive buyers, selling outcomes over features

  • Run a small set of existing accounts to get started, with your focus and incentives on new logos

  • Forecast honestly and keep a clean pipeline in HubSpot

WHO YOU ARE

A genuine hunter. You have built pipeline from cold, and you can show what share of your closed business you sourced yourself.

Services seller. Experienced selling IT, managed, or professional services. A consultative, technical sale, not a transactional one.

AWS-fluent. Fluent in the AWS ecosystem, or fast to get there. AWS co-sell experience is a strong plus.

Self-sufficient. You can run a technical, consultative deal end to end on your own.

An operator at heart. You are comfortable where the process is what you make it.

Clear and credible. Direct communication that lands with senior buyers.

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Remote-first culture

Location

Remote, based in the Western US, in or near a major city with a tier-1 airport. Enough non-stops to reach customers and partners without burning a day on connections.

Travel

Enough to build real relationships in person, but not so much that you burn out or stop selling. Expect roughly 20 to 40 percent.
