About the Role

Maleda Tech is seeking a Contract SDR Operations & Analytics Analyst to support the global Sales Development Representative (SDR) team of a leading enterprise organization. This role owns the operational and analytical backbone of the SDR function — lead generation, enrichment, scoring, and routing — paired with the goal-setting and measurement frameworks that keep a globally distributed team accountable to performance.

Beyond SDR operations, you'll support the broader sales field team with business reviews, territory planning, and ad hoc analysis. The SDR team spans 4–6 people across NAMER, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, so this is a highly cross-functional role. You'll be equally comfortable building a lead scoring model, writing SQL, developing end-to-end agentic AI workflows, and presenting results to sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation, enrichment & routing: Build and maintain the pipeline that sources, enriches, scores, and routes leads to the right SDR based on territory, segment, and priority.
  • Goal setting & performance measurement: Define and track team goals across metrics including On-Time Follow-Up Rate, Lead Follow-Up Time, Meeting Set-Up Conversion, and New Supply Added.
  • Reporting & analytics: Build dashboards and reports that give SDR leadership and the field sales team visibility into pipeline health and rep performance.
  • Business reviews & territory planning: Support recurring business reviews and territory design and planning for the sales organization.
  • Ad hoc analysis: Field analytical requests from the SDR and field sales teams, translating business questions into data-driven answers.
  • CRM administration: Maintain lead and pipeline data integrity in Salesforce, including routing logic, scoring fields, and reporting views.
Qualifications

Required

  • 6+ years of experience supporting an SDR or BDR team in an operations, analytics, or sales operations capacity.
  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to design and build models (e.g., lead scoring, conversion, capacity planning, target setting).
  • Proficiency in SQL for pulling and manipulating data independently.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience (or comparable CRM), including familiarity with lead routing and pipeline reporting.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, and comfort using them in day-to-day analytical or operational work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating across time zones and coordinating with a globally distributed team (NAMER, LATAM, EMEA, APAC).

Preferred

  • Understanding of the lead data tooling landscape across generation and enrichment (e.g., Clay).
