- Partner with Marketing to align campaign messaging and deliver coordinated GTM plays.
- Use a data-driven approach to track team performance, improve conversion metrics, and forecast pipeline.
- Own the SDR hiring, onboarding, and training processes to ensure fast ramp-up and long-term success.
- Leverage tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to streamline SDR workflows and reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align on ICP, lead qualification criteria, and account prioritization.

- Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, ideally in the data, cloud or AI ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of the modern enterprise tech stack and how to engage technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills with a passion for leadership and people development.
- Hands-on experience with sales engagement and CRM platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Self-starter mindset—you thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments and love building things from scratch.
🌟 Bonus Points For
- Experience selling into Data, Engineering, Cloud, or FinOps personas.
- Previous work in AI/ML, data observability, or cloud infrastructure companies.
- A network of SDRs or GTM professionals you’ve mentored or hired before.
🎁 What We Offer
