About Marble

Marble is building the new operating system for youth mental health by connecting schools, therapists, and health plans on a single platform to unlock access to care today and raise the standard of care for tomorrow.

Last year, 1 in 10 teens attempted suicide. At the heart of this crisis is a severe lack of access to quality, affordable care. When kids can't get help, problems compound and preventable tragedies follow. Marble partners directly with school counselors to get students into care quickly by connecting them to licensed therapists through the insurance coverage they already have, with no waitlists.

We're an early-stage, fast-moving team. The people who join now will shape how we build and what we build.

About the Role

As we expand into new states and deepen existing partnerships, our success depends on strong, trusted relationships with school counselors. As a School Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of school partnerships end-to-end — serving as both a trusted advisor and a growth driver for the counselors you work with.

You'll bring a consultative, sales-minded approach to every partnership: helping counselors identify more students who could benefit from Marble's services, making the ask confidently, and holding yourself accountable to referral and engagement metrics. You'll also be the day-to-day operational backbone for your schools — responding quickly to questions and concerns, navigating complex situations with empathy, and proactively finding opportunities to deepen each partnership. You'll own outcomes, not just activities, and you'll help us shape how the we partner with schools at scale by collaborating with other functions, improving internal processes, automating workflows, and defining new playbooks.

No two days look the same. In one moment you might be designing a virtual workshop to raise mental health awareness at a school; in the next, you're on the phone supporting a counselor navigating a sensitive family situation. You'll operate at the intersection of schools, clinicians, families, and internal teams — and your judgment, empathy, and drive will make a direct difference in Marble's growth and in the lives of the students you help reach care.

This role is hybrid, with three days per week in our SoHo, New York City office.

What You'll Do
  • Own a portfolio of school partnerships end-to-end — serve as the primary point of contact for school counselors, ensuring consistent, high-quality support and delivery

  • Build deep relationships with counselors, respond quickly to their questions and concerns, and proactively identify opportunities to better support the students they serve

  • Drive growth within your portfolio by helping counselors identify more students who could benefit from care — growing referral volume and consistently hitting and exceeding your targets

  • Use AI tools to automate repetitive workflows — drafting follow-ups, summarizing meeting notes, building outreach sequences — so you can spend more time on the relationships that move the needle

  • Build new playbooks from scratch or make existing processes more efficient by turning your learnings and observations into how the team operates

  • Collaborate with Ops, Product, Growth, and Clinical teams to resolve issues, improve the partner experience, and share frontline insights that shape how Marble serves schools

Who You Are
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, operating in a fast-paced, complex environment

  • Proven sales or business development track record, ideally in a B2B2C or B2C setting where you consistently exceeded targets and made the ask with confidence

  • High EQ — you quickly build trust with busy partners, understand their context, and navigate tough conversations with clarity and grace

  • AI-native — you actively use AI tools to automate workflows, draft communications, and surface insights, and you're always looking for new ways to multiply your output

  • Metrics-driven — you set goals, track progress, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes

  • Experienced with CRMs or account management tools to track relationships, activity, and follow-ups

  • Scrappy and resourceful — you do whatever it takes to keep schools engaged, from running impromptu workshops to persistently following up when things stall

  • Based in New York or willing to relocate — we work from our SoHo office three days per week

  • Mission-driven and energized by improving access to mental health care for kids

Bonus:

  • Experience at an early-stage startup, ideally in a founding role (e.g., Sales, Success, CX)

  • Experience in EdTech or working with K–12 educators and school-based stakeholders

  • Background in or strong interest in mental health, psychology, or adjacent human-centered services

Why Marble
  • Direct impact on kids' mental health access — this work is meaningful

  • Greenfield opportunity to build something from the ground up, with leadership support and a clear growth path

  • Small, experienced team that moves fast and takes the work seriously

  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and equity

Marble offers competitive compensation for this role. Compensation includes a base salary, equity, and full benefits.

Base salary range:

$95,000 – $145,000
