As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consulting Manager you will lead client-focused consulting work that helps organizations optimize marketing and sales processes, implement Salesforce solutions, and strengthen customer engagement within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice. As a Manager you will motivate and develop teams, guide delivery across multiple workstreams, and use business insight, technology knowledge, and sound judgment to manage client expectations, coach junior professionals, and address complex issues with integrity. Responsibilities
- Leading Salesforce Marketing Cloud consulting workstreams across client marketing and sales transformation initiatives
- Managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables while balancing multiple client priorities
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution designs
- Overseeing configuration and deployment of email campaigns, customer journeys, and marketing automation features
- Guiding data analysis and campaign performance reviews to identify opportunities for improved engagement and conversion
- Coaching team members on marketing strategy, technical consultation, and client delivery methods
- Developing trusted client relationships by advising on digital marketing, customer insight, and revenue growth opportunities
- Validating work product quality and technical alignment with firm methodologies and Salesforce leading practices
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
