Salesforce Commerce Administrator & Project Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Commerce (SFCC/OMS) Administrator & Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end administration of our eCommerce platform while leading cross-functional projects. This dual-role position requires a strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and OMS technical framework combined with the ability to manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and resource coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Commerce Cloud Administration:
- Administer and maintain B2C/B2B Salesforce Commerce environments (Business Manager, SFRA, etc.).
- Support business teams in configurations, catalog setup, promotions, price books, and product data.
- Support integrations with third-party systems (ERP, OMS, CRM, etc.).
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues and coordinate with development teams to resolve them.
- Ensure platform security and compliance with best practices.
- Generate reports and dashboards as needed for business insights.
Project Management:
- Lead eCommerce and digital transformation projects from inception to completion.
- Define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including marketing, IT, design, and vendors.
- Maintain project documentation, risk registers, and change logs.
- Coordinate UAT, QA, and deployment processes.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware).
- 2+ years of project management experience in digital/eCommerce initiatives.
- Salesforce certifications (B2C Commerce Admin or Developer) preferred.
- PMP, ScrumMaster, or Agile certification is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SFCC Business Manager, SFRA framework, and Salesforce OMS.
- Proficiency in managing eCommerce workflows and data structures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira & Confluence.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
