About the Role:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Salesforce ecosystem while helping drive operational efficiency across the business. This role sits at the intersection of systems administration, user support, and process improvement, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions that improve data quality, automation, and user experience.
You will partner closely with Operations, Sales, Strategy, Finance, and other cross functional teams to support Salesforce initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements that align with business processes and operational goals.
This role requires strong technical administration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration & Support: Own day to day Salesforce administration and user support, including troubleshooting issues related to access, automation, workflows, and data integrity. Configure and maintain Salesforce features including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, record types, Lightning pages, and Flows. Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and overall security configuration while supporting sandbox management, testing, and release deployments.
- User Enablement & Training: Serve as a primary point of contact for Salesforce users through Slack and ticketing systems. Support user training initiatives by maintaining documentation, FAQs, and enablement materials. Communicate system updates, enhancements, and process changes to end users to support adoption and a strong user experience.
- Data Management & Reporting: Support data quality and operational reporting through data imports, updates, cleanups, audits, and validation activities. Build and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline performance, operational metrics, and business insights. Assist with troubleshooting data flow and third party integration issues.
- Project Support & Process Improvement: Support Salesforce enhancement requests and operational initiatives from intake through delivery. Gather and document business requirements, assist with testing and user acceptance validation, and maintain accurate tracking of work within ticketing systems. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and operational processes through scalable solutions and continuous improvement efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Operations, Sales, Strategy, Finance, and other stakeholders to support Salesforce-related initiatives and ensure alignment across business processes. Communicate timelines clearly, manage competing priorities effectively, and escalate risks or blockers when appropriate.
- AI Orientation: Apply AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support operational effectiveness as part of day to day work.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ of Salesforce Administration experience with hands-on experience supporting business users in a fast paced environment.
- Salesforce Platform Administrator certification required.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non technical teams.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, and data model design.
- Hands on experience configuring Lightning Experience, validation rules, formulas, Lightning pages, and maintaining record-triggered and screen Flows.
- Experience with user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and Salesforce security models.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data management activities including imports, deduplication, cleanup, and validation.
- Familiarity with sandbox environments, testing processes, and release management practices.
- Experience supporting third party Salesforce integrations such as Outreach, Gong, Ironclad, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast paced, high demand environment.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or Revenue Operations environment.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Lucidchart, Slack, Excel, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
- Exposure to Agentforce or similar AI enabled Salesforce tools.
- Additional Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Platform Administrator II.
Compensation:
