Salesforce Administrator
*requires 2 days a week onsite in Boston, MA office
About the Role
We are looking for a mid-level Salesforce Administrator with a strong foundation in core Salesforce configuration and a demonstrated ability to design and maintain declarative automations. In this role, you will take ownership of Tier 2 support requests, system enhancements, and cross-functional improvements that streamline business processes across Sales, Client Services, Marketing, and Operations.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization as part of a small but growing team that supports both Revenue Operations and product/system enhancement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building scalable solutions, and influencing how systems evolve as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support our Salesforce environment across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Manage user provisioning, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access controls.
- Handle Tier 2 support requests and troubleshoot complex configuration issues.
- Build, refine, and maintain Flows and other declarative automations.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Client Services, Marketing, and Operations to gather requirements and translate needs into actionable system solutions.
- Support Marketing operations including campaign processes, lead lifecycle workflows, and reporting needs.
- Work closely with the Revenue Operations team and provide technical CRM expertise for their operational needs
- Maintain and improve data quality through audits, validation rules, field management, and reporting.
- Support release cycles including testing, documentation, communication, and training.
- Collaborate on integrations such as (Tableau, Outreach, Slack, Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- (Nice to Have) Support governance and configuration of an enterprise Slack environment.
Required Experience & Skills
- ~2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals, including:
- Objects & fields, layouts & record types
- Roles, profiles, and permission sets
- Data security and sharing rules
- Demonstrated experience building and supporting Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
- Ability to analyze business processes and deliver scalable, maintainable system solutions.
- Comfortable collaborating with non-technical stakeholders and explaining concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive tasks to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications are strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise Slack administration or Slack automations.
- Understanding of deployment and change management best practices.
