Worksite Insurance Internal Wholesaler

As a Worksite Insurance Internal Wholesaler you will be responsible for developing and growing Worksite sales by providing day-to-day technical product and sales support expertise and building/maintaining relationships in your assigned territory.? The Impact
- Provide consultation and guidance to Distribution Partners regarding MassMutual Products and Services and how these align with employee benefits program goals and strategy.?
- Respond to incoming calls/questions/requests from producers in a timely and accurate manner including the provision of professional sales oriented information to caller (i.e. product information, illustrations, forms, enrollment demonstrations, and marketing materials).
- Initial point-of-contact for all prospect activity, clarifying requests with sales reps and producers, triaging requests, and overseeing and providing direction to internal business partners on proposals, and RFP completion.
- Coordinate all activities for producer or client sales calls and finalist presentations including: agenda development, strategy meetings, speaker preparation, site logistics, presentation materials development, and technical demonstrations and follow up needs.
- Assist MDB in managing proposal pipeline and maintaining accurate forecasting information in SalesForce
- Support producer onboarding and development within assigned territory (including support for licensing process).
The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft products; specifically Excel
- Presentation skills - effectively conveys information in a clear and professional manner to internal and/or external individuals/groups
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with others to reach mutually beneficial solutions with both internal and external individual/groups; settles differences equitability; seeks win-win solutions without damaging relationships
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to potentially support the West Coast.
The Ideal Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years? experience of sales experience with group/worksite insurance products
- Extensive knowledge about group and worksite insurance products, practices, trends and information affecting the business and organization
- Basic knowledge of life and health insurance products
- Basic knowledge of group & worksite products
- Experience with Salesforce
- Series 6 license
