The Technical Accounts Manager will be responsible for building, growing, and owning Cogo Labs’ partnerships with our technology product vendors and data providers. This individual will work with innovative companies from across the internet and solve for complex technical issues, creating measurable revenue impact across our growing incubator environment.

The ideal candidate is people-driven, loves to build and grow relationships, and is hyper curious about how businesses run – with a particular focus on the technology and data assets that drive success. This person should love solving problems collaboratively and be technically savvy enough to navigate multiple technology platforms within the course of a workday.

Responsibilities

  • Develop excellent relationships with key stakeholders – both within and outside of Cogo Labs
  • Become empathetic to partners’ businesses – learn their goals and priorities
  • Drive for alignment of our interests and those of our partners
  • Build trust everywhere you go – become a trusted advisor to key internal and external decision makers
  • Ensure scalability of the work you do – create easy-to-follow playbooks that allow others to join in your success
  • Lastly, take ultimate accountability for the success and health of the partnerships you lead

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Support or Business Development in a technical environment
  • Comfortable in dealing with IT systems that support end to end business processes across the value chain
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels, including executive and C-level
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Aptitude for both analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms
  • Strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Service, Marketing, Support), applications and automation
