To be successful in this role you will need to drive high level strategy in the go-to-market while also ensuring the lower-level details are monitored. You will be able to show off your talents by providing actionable insights (not just yesterday’s news) and guiding the sales leaders to improve business process, pipeline management, and strategy in the sales regions.

Are you the go-getter that we need, someone who will question status quo and provide suggestions to improve the business?

If you have a desire to learn and be challenged, with a passion for impacting the business please apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating cross-functionally, adding value to the sales organization to increase impact
  • Driving improvement of business processes, leveraging the SFDC platform and other sales tool technologies to drive growth and scale
  • Working closely with our sales leaders to assess what’s working and where we need to improve in our rapidly growing regions
  • Working effectively across sales, marketing, IT, finance, people and culture, and other functions to remove friction from internal processes
  • Developing proactive analyses, rooted in SFDC data and other sources, that provide actionable insights to guide our sellers
  • Partnering with our SFDC and PowerBI team to improve and create new dashboards while ensuring we are getting the maximum value out of the tools and meeting users’ needs
  • Organizing data and utilizing it to enhance our go-to-market as a sales organization
  • Assisting with key sales planning activities during planning and budgeting cycle
  • Providing ad-hoc analysis as required to aid management decision making
  • Guiding Change Management and Enablement (especially from a systems and process perspective)

Requirements:

  • Have 4+ years’ experience in Sales Operations or as a Sales Analyst, preferably at a high-tech or software company
  • Have experience with SFDC and Business Intelligence tools
  • Have a BA/BS degree in business or related field
  • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
  • Have in-depth understanding of Sales processes and systems (sales cycles, account, territory, opportunity, pipeline management, deal velocity)
  • Like to work in a high-growth, performance and deadline driven environment
  • Are results oriented, with attention to detail and can prioritize multiple objectives and projects
  • Can manage own workload, work efficiently, and meet deadlines
  • Have a successful track record of working at all levels of management and sales teams
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong commitment to working as part of a dynamic team
  • Have the desire to learn and be challenged, self-driven, and motivated

If you see a job description and think, “I’d be perfect for that” but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with the qualifications – don’t let that hold you back. We’re always eager to hire talented, passionate candidates – so give it a try and apply.
