About Your Team
You will be a key member of Dynatrace’s Global Sales Operations Incentive Compensation & Territory Coverage team. The Incentives and Territory Coverage team works closely with senior sales leadership to drive a competitive Sales Incentive program and coverage strategy that attracts and retains top sales talent.
About You
In addition to your experience with Sales Incentives programs, you possess strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and partner effectively with colleagues in sales, finance and HR. Your strong organizational skills and relationship building skills will put you in a visible role supporting the effectiveness of our rapidly growing global sales organization and will form the foundation for creating the critical bridge between our sales organization and our sales incentive program. About Your Role
· Your role contributes to driving sales effectiveness through responsibility for operational excellence for our Sales Incentive Program.
· Key role in the development, management and implementation of sales compensation plans and programs, including implementation of new tools and processes as the organization grows and scales
· Manage the timely creation, distribution, and governance of our sales incentive compensation plans, including SOX compliance activities
· Partner with Finance on commissions budget planning, forecasting and accruals
· Collaborate with finance and sales operations colleagues on quota allocation for timely completion of sales incentive plans.
· Act as a liaison between the Sales organization and the Finance Commissions organization to ensure timely resolution of inquiries, exceptions, and adjustments
· Provide analyses and incentive plan related reporting to sales and operational leadership
· Collaborate cross functionally with partners in Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, & HR to streamline efficiency and effectiveness of systems and processes
· Partner with sales leadership and sales operations on sales organization changes and associated territory alignment and quota impacts
· Key participant in producing education materials for sales incentive program s to sales organization
· Contribute to defining and documenting Sales incentives policies and program documentation
· Provide analytical support and ad-hoc research and analysis on other related variable compensation projects or growth initiatives across Sales Operations
Your Qualifications
- 8-10 years of developing, implementing and/or administering incentive compensation programs. Sales Operations, Finance, and/or HR background in High Tech or Software is valuable
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Successful track record of synthesizing large quantities of data within Excel and concisely summarizing insights and takeaways
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to independently manage agreed upon milestones and deliverables with a high degree of accountability
- Ability to drive change through collaboration and influence across multiple stakeholders with varied perspectives
- High level of comfort building reports and dashboards within Excel and PowerPoint. Expert level Excel skills
- Experience with SQL, Tableau and/or other BI tools is a plus
- Experience with Varicent ICM is a plus
