Job Description
The Opportunity:
Flywire seeks an experienced enterprise sales professional to attract and obtain new partners in the education industry. The individual understands the urgency of a post start-up growth setting and takes pride in the ownership of their tasks while functioning well in a team setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable building a pipeline, intentional to perform discovery and consultative to deliver a solution that focuses on customer goals and objectives. Fundamental to being successful in this role is the ability to uncover, assess, and align the goals of numerous campus stakeholders considering the solutions that Flywire can provide.
- Qualify enterprise opportunities by identifying and navigating discovery across multiple stakeholders
- Fully identify and understand the prospect’s decision process and purchasing policies
- Craft a prospect-centric buying vision that communicates value based upon their enterprise-wide goals and objectives
- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, evaluation of opportunity, product demonstration, and proposal through to contract negotiation
- Communicate the prospect/client enterprise goals and objectives to internal Flywire stakeholders to assure successful implementation of the prescribed Flywire solution
- Align with Flywire Relationship Managers to build new executive level relationships while in search of enterprise upsell opportunities from within Flywire’s existing client base
- Track all activities and opportunity funnel on a regular basis in CRM System
Qualifications
Here’s What We’re Look For:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in selling SaaS products
- Track record of proactively building a pipeline from the ground up, serving in “hunter” role, accurately forecasting the value of opportunities and achieving sales quotas consistently
- Experience in consultative sales with C-suite stakeholders; the ability to build rapport quickly, demonstrate products remotely or in person and meet the specific customer needs with effective solutions
- Experience in collaborating effectively with internal customers (e.g. regional team members, Legal, Marketing, Implementation, etc.) and fostering supportive/productive working relationships
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Background working in higher education (strongly preferred)
- The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM applications, preferably Salesforce
- In serving a Southwest territory, residency of candidate is preferred in or near the State of Texas
