Who you are
You are a strategic and tactical Senior Account Executive with the ability to sell, nurture, and close deals. You thrive in navigating complex sales cycles that require approval from multiple decision makers with the ability to turn a no into a yes along the way. A customer-centric Account Executive, you show value to your customers by constantly delivering on your commitments and exceeding your quota expectations. You enjoy working in a startup environment with the ability to map your career path within a growing organization. You have 5+ years of experience selling SaaS products and financial services solutions into Enterprise corporations.
What the role is
In the Senior Account Executive role, you will be an integral part of our Sales team. You will focus on developing a 1st class sales strategy and business plan by utilizing and optimizing various sales and marketing tools including CRM’s to drive new revenue streams within the real estate and banking industries. Our Sales Team is cross-functional and you will collaborate across Solutions, Partnerships and Customer Success to ensure tight communication across the organization. Stavvy is growing and you will drive processes that set the team up for success as we continue to scale.
This is a unique role because we are building a system that allows for business and legal transactions to happen digitally as well as allow for more convenient and seamless processes that reduce the amount of paperwork for both closing and servicing agreements.
In this role you will:
- Use your polished sales skills, known relationships and new found contacts to inch your way into the complex sales cycle of the lending world
- Meet sales targets and quotas and develop sales strategies and tactics to source and land deals
- Handle objections and negotiations
- Compile and analyze data to find trends
- Perform inbound and outbound sales activities (Prospecting, cold calling, trade shows, site visits, & presentations)

Our office is also currently located in Newton, MA with an anticipated move date to Boston this coming November. We currently have limited capacity in-office due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are currently accepting candidates who live near or are looking to move within the commutable vicinity of Boston, MA. This job will start remote but be expected to be in office when the new location opens to foster collaboration with team members and fellow Stavviators.
