Why this job is important:
The Sales & Strategy Specialist in Bullhorn is a subject matter expert across Bullhorn’s automation product offerings. As the regional sales overlay, this role will be responsible for assisting with the management reporting, sales enablement, go-to-market & individual account strategies, along with establishing credibility in key sales engagements.
This role will be a Product Evangelist both internally and externally for Bullhorn’s automation products. The Sales & Strategy Specialist will assist in developing strategies to deliver an incredible customer experience to Bullhorn automation customers.
A typical day might include:
Working with the Sales & Strategy Directors, Sales Operations, Regional Sales Managers, and Sales reps on whitespace territory planning, pipeline reviews and deal gameplans, and sales reporting and analysis
Participating in key demonstrations to prospects - articulating the value of the product and speaking to real-life anecdotes
Delivering group and/or 1:1 sales enablement/coaching on product and/or industry to Sales, Services and Solution Consulting.
Partnering with members of Bullhorn Professional Services, Support, or Product to ensure an incredible customer experience
Contributing to periodically-assembled Cross Functional Teams (CFTs) to help drive strategic initiatives
Assisting the Sales & Strategy Directors in engagements with Product and Product Marketing to communicate market intelligence and make recommendations on future enhancements & product positioning

You possess SaaS Sales or Account Management Experience
You have experience presenting & selling to Executives and Business Owners
You understand and thrive in solution based selling and have a good understanding how to solve technical problems on the fly
