About the role
The Sales Readiness Facilitator, Team Lead is responsible for delivering world-class virtual and in-person global sales training and readiness programs. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales Readiness and will be responsible for recruiting and hiring their own direct reports.
Responsabilities:
- Successfully deliver sales training and readiness programs to ensure sales team is equipped with content, resources, and tools to effectively differentiate and sell Starburst solutions
- Collaborate with marketing and other SMEs to identify, develop, and execute core sales training and readiness curriculum, customized regionally as needed
- Ensure alignment of sales readiness activities with key events, such as new product releases, campaigns, and external customer events (e.g. Datanova)
- Facilitate the successful execution and delivery of self-paced and live on-boarding for ICs and Leaders
- Leverage tools (Lessonly, Seismic, Salesforce, Chorus) to deliver learning activities
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales trainings delivered
- Determine opportunities for improving the sales learning experience and identify techniques for delivery
- Recruit and hire facilitators
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in sales readiness/enablement facilitator role
- Experience developing learning content and curriculum from scratch and iterating on programs
- Experience with a sales methodology (e.g. Command of the Message, Challenger, Sandler)
- Learns new concepts and ideas very quickly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
- Ability to be self-directed in finding gaps in training and delivering on the need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Location and Travel:
- Central or Eastern North America
- Future state: Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Future state: Ability to be in Boston office for all on-boarding and on-going live trainings
