Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Prospective client research and development
- Track/monitor sales target lists (brand direct and agency)
- Assist with outside sales meetings as needed
- Generate and review data/reporting for client analysis as scheduled or as requested by sales team
- Independently manage workflow and ensure deadlines are met
- Work effectively with cross-functional team members on digital sales initiatives
Qualifications
- BS/BA or equivalent experience is necessary
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in client list management; experience at a publisher preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a rapid, fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Pipedrive, MediaRadar, LinkedIn Premium, SellerCrowd, a plus
