Job Description:

What We Do: The Sales Operations team is a crucial part of the Revenue Org. We help our sales teams drive revenue more efficiently through streamlined processes and clear data.

What You Do: The Sales Operations Campaign Analyst measures and reports on campaigns, lead sources and incentive programs. They will identify key metrics used to evaluate performance of campaigns and provide analytics for the Revenue Organization on how campaigns, leads or incentive programs deliver results by sales role and segment. This is a highly collaborative role that will work with partners in Sales, Enablement, and Marketing.

Day-in-the-Life: As a Sales Operations Campaign Analyst, a typical day may include the following…

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and lead resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Develop and run a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to the teams about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Monitor progress and adjust as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

First Year in Role:

  • Month 3: You will have developed a solid understanding of our sales process and have established relationships with key leaders and teams in the organization.
  • Month 6: You will be working extensively across the business on multiple projects, some of which you will be leading, to hone our outbound sales efforts based on the actionable data you've compiled.
  • Month 12: You will design and lead key revenue-driving projects and play a meaningful role in driving our outbound sales strategy.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Experience analyzing large data sets that may include structured and unstructured data.
  • 2-5 years' experience in a Sales- or Marketing-related function

Skills:

  • Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen
  • Comfortable in a fast paced dynamic structure with a strong desire to grow along with the company

Tools:

  • Salesforce CRM
  • Intermediate Excel (basic formulas and pivot tables)
  • Sales Efficiency and Prospecting Tools
