Sales Operations Coordinator

The opportunity:
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our growing sales team. This is a great opportunity to work on a lean team at a fast-paced, high growth company and start your career in Sales Operations! We need a smart, roll-up your sleeves individual who is willing to go the extra mile in order to support all aspects of our sales process. You’ll be responsible for keeping things organized and improving processes to enable our sales team to focus on closing new business. This role is crucial to ensure our sales team is set up for success.
You will:
- Support inbound lead process by promptly and professionally routing qualified leads to sales team
- Act as the front line of support in handling all requests from the Sales team
- Manage lead and database organization and data integrity
- Create automations and process improvements to optimize sales workflow
- Manage standard reports & dashboards, as well as running ad hoc report requests
- Expand upon documentation of current sales process and identify areas where automation is required to drive scale or velocity
- Assist the Sales Operations team with ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of work experience in a business or office environment
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at once, while keeping organized and re-prioritizing as necessary
- Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to discover loopholes in the process
- High energy, self-starter, with a proactive approach and ability and drive to learn quickly

- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
