Sales Operations Analyst - Boston
The Team:
Datadog’s Sales Operations team continues to expand as we work to continuously improve and solve business problems on the GTM Sales Ops team. We are looking for an ambitious Sales Operations Analyst to join us in Boston, MA. You will help us grow and scale key GTM processes, drive adoption and efficiency of global processes, collaborate with sales to enhance their experience with Sales Operations, and support day to day operational excellence.
The Opportunity:
Ideally, you are motivated, driven and inspired by Sales Operations. You enjoy investigating day to day issues that Sales organizations face as they work leads and accounts through the sales cycle. You seek to understand sales’ pain points and resolve issues to increase their productivity to support business initiatives. You are constantly learning new processes and working cross-functionally with multiple departments to drive adoption to process and maximize efficiency.
You Will:
- Provide Analysis and KPIs for rep and team performance to help support business decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Work with Sales teams to drive their understanding and adoption of key processes in Salesforce
- Help the team execute Territory Management, Lead & Account Assignments, Reporting & Dashboards, Rules of Engagement
- Leverage Datadog tools and operational procedural knowledge to resolve moderate to complex issues head-on
- Help us make business improvements and decisions through analysis
- Contribute ideas for process improvement observed in your day to day
- Build and foster relationships with your counterparts in Marketing Operations, Strategy and Enablement to align on optimizations for Lead to Opportunity processes
You Are:
You are motivated to learn, enjoy building relationships, detail oriented and love solving problems head-on. You take pride in your work and continuously strive for improvements and building your Sales Operations skill set.
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales Operations
- Strong work ethic and willingness to overcome obstacles
- Organized and results-oriented with excellent attention to detail
- You are a Learner - you enjoy learning new things and apply your knowledge to your day to day where applicable
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- You enjoy collaborating with others and solving problems
- Ability to manage competing priorities with deadline
- BA/BS degree required
