Jobcase is looking for a driven and creative sales enablement expert to join our expanding Sales Operations and Enablement department. Reporting directly into the Director Sales Enablement, you will work cross-functionally to organize, build and implement successful scalable processes for the sales organization. Your goal will be to improve sales efficiency by driving enhancements and adoption of sales systems and tools. Successful candidates will have a deep understanding of lead-to-invoice process and Salesforce infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing here:

  • Work cohesively with product, sales and account management teams to ensure all training needs are documented, developed, and continuously updated and improved
  • Develop and manage appropriate tools to meet sales users objectives
  • Understand the CRM usage and business needs to make suggestions for process improvements
  • Dedicate time with sales representatives to understand their needs and explore potential opportunities for impact
  • Collaborate cross functionally to create playbooks, competitive fact sheets, and other materials for the sales team
  • Create, deliver and support the onboarding curriculum for the sales organization and new sales and customer success hires
  • Develop effective training content, proactively identifying and bridging content gaps
  • Build and manage a sales enablement content repository

About you and your skills:

  • 3+ years of Sales Operations, Training, Enablement or Project Management experience
  • 2+ years experience using sales tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, Marketo and Zoominfo
  • Ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment
  • Able to work in and manage ambiguity, including dealing effectively with issues that do not always have a process, system or solution in place
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
  • Have strong program management skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams when necessary
  • Extremely strong interpersonal skills: Must be energetic, assured and results-oriented; able to prioritize
  • Have the desire to learn and be challenged, self-driven, and motivated
