Sales Enablement and Operations Lead

The Sales Enablement and Operations Lead works closely with sales leadership, content teams and executive management to define and drive sales support initiatives of company. There are 3 primary functions of this role:
- Oversee Sales operations, the workflow, process and business process of sales
- Oversee Sales enablement, the client facing functions of sales; both pre- and post-sale.
- Oversee Account Management
As the leader of the team, you’re responsible for overseeing and growing the sales operations and enablement function to support the exponential growth of DraftKings’, a leader in the sports entertainment industry, digital media footprint.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales leadership to define and manage key sales initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Create written content to educate sales team and advance deals such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work.
- Train sales team on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials.
- Field account based content and support requests from sales team.
- Assist on sales calls and demos as needed.
- Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
- Work with sales leadership to measure and define performance, both at a rep, team and content level, utilizing sales enablement best practices.
- Conduct and report on market research.
- Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; English, business and marketing majors preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in a sales or sales support role required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with strong intrapersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
