The Sales Enablement and Operations Lead works closely with sales leadership, content teams and executive management to define and drive sales support initiatives of company. There are 3 primary functions of this role:

1. Oversee Sales operations, the workflow, process and business process of sales
2. Oversee Sales enablement, the client facing functions of sales; both pre- and post-sale.
3. Oversee Account Management

As the leader of the team, you’re responsible for overseeing and growing the sales operations and enablement function to support the exponential growth of DraftKings’, a leader in the sports entertainment industry, digital media footprint.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales leadership to define and manage key sales initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Create written content to educate sales team and advance deals such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work.
• Train sales team on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials.
• Field account based content and support requests from sales team.
• Assist on sales calls and demos as needed.
• Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
• Work with sales leadership to measure and define performance, both at a rep, team and content level, utilizing sales enablement best practices.
• Conduct and report on market research.
• Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree; English, business and marketing majors preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in a sales or sales support role required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Team player with strong intrapersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment. 
• Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Creative and strategic thinker.
