Sales Compensation Analyst

Bullhorn is looking for an incredible Sales Compensation Analyst to join the team.
As the Sales Compensation Analyst you will be working closely with the Sales Operations, Accounting, and Sales teams to deliver an incredible customer experience. You will proactively work with your manager and internal clients on a variety of projects.
As a Sales Compensation Analyst, a typical day might include:
Managing Bullhorn’s instance of Xactly Incent including monthly commission calculations and implementing any compensation plan changes
Calculating monthly global bookings with the Sales Ops team and update bookings reporting for Senior Leadership
Supporting a global sales team of 125 people with questions about their commissions, compensation plans and Xactly training
Calculating the commissions accrual and performing analysis around commissions expense
Continuously driving process improvements around Xactly uploads, reporting and forecasting
Working with the IPT team on Salesforce implementation to improve data accuracy and improve close timelines
