Description
At Iterative Scopes, we are pioneering the application of powerful, proprietary artificial intelligence tools to the practice of gastroenterology and drug development. We've set out to drastically improve clinical decision making while meaningfully improving patient lives through better diagnosis, disease management, and treatment, leading to better health outcomes.
The Regional Sales Representative (RSR) is the crucial first touchpoint for prospective customers, including gastroenterology private practices, gastroenterology departments within hospitals, and endoscopy suites in outpatient centers. The RSR at Iterative Scopes drives targeting and outreach to these prospective customers to educate them about Iterative's AI-driven products and services. This role provides a tremendous opportunity for creative thinking and day-to-day execution to meet business objectives and to support broad adoption of AI technologies in gastroenterology, leading to patient impact and to benefit for the gastroenterologist and healthcare generally.. RSRs will enjoy working with and learning from the mentorship of great sellers, strong leadership, and an environment of support, learning, and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities

  • Be an owner of your territory and work in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director and sales team leadership, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Contracting to drive territory and regional sales success
  • Own the sales process from initial engagement to sales close, driving each part of the sales process to accelerate sales cycles
  • Develop account and HCP targeting strategy within the territory, in collaboration with cross-functional teams, especially Sales Ops and sales leadership. Qualify prospective customers and understand an organization's business to inform sales tactics.
  • Generate interest and create opportunities with new prospects through outbound cold calls and emails; schedule meetings and engage in discussions with the prospective clients to progress to the close of deals
  • Meet your daily and weekly activity goals; meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly targets
  • Drive interest in and schedule meetings at industry events throughout the calendar year
  • Ensure current clients in your territory are nurtured; drive added sales to current clients in your assigned territory


Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in the medical device or medical technology sales
  • Minimum 3 years in gastroenterology or endoscopy, with deep network of HCPs and key stakeholders in these medical specialties
  • Background Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel as needed
