The Role
Overjet is looking for a seasoned National Sales Director to scale our Sales organization. This person will be a true player-coach, as well as the strategic mind behind the growth of the division. They will report directly to our VP of Sales and manage a team of high performing Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a highly productive sales team to maximize our DSO business in North America.
- Develop, direct, and oversee sales strategy to meet and/or exceed the company’s objectives.
- Personally manage Enterprise level customers.
- Develop sales goals and ensure team-wide KPIs are achieved.
- Analyze results and key KPIs of strategy and report to VP Sales, making changes as necessary.
- Develop sales, allocation, and promotional spending guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with each team member and supervise the progress towards their achievement.
- Work cross-functionally with internal functions including Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Customer Success, and others.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with 3+ years in the SaaS industry.
- Strong customer service, negotiation skills and ability to interact with customers at all levels throughout an organization.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team while developing and growing a business.
- Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strategic agility.
