Bullhorn is looking for a Managing Director, Enterprise Sales to join our Enterprise Sales team.

Why this job is important:

As a Managing Director in Bullhorn’s Enterprise Global Accounts, you are responsible for the overall health and growth of a subset of Bullhorn’s most strategic accounts across the region. Under your leadership, you are responsible for defining the strategic direction for your territory, as well as building a strong team of Account Directors and Account Specialists to help execute that vision. This is a hands-on leadership role, with the expectation that you are working alongside your team to stay close to critical client conversations, provide executive overview for strategic sales campaigns and provide real-team coaching and feedback to your team. You are also expected to contribute as a valued member of the Enterprise management team that is focused on identifying opportunities, removing obstacles and influencing the continued growth of the global Enterprise business. 

A typical day might include:

  • Exceeding your revenue growth targets for your territory/set of strategic accounts, including all necessary sales management tasks from opportunity management to forecasting to pipeline management, etc. aligned to owning and delivering on your quota 

  • Implementing strategic development and successful execution of sales pursuits via leading resources and team members: some activities include account planning, setting the strategy for Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), and serving as executive sponsor on specific accounts within territory 

  • Providing people development and daily management for all team members reporting directly to you with the expectation that you are building the careers of those on your team to expand their own roles and influence within the organization. Your number of direct reports will be determined based on the book of business and territory you manage, with the expectation that you are leading a minimum of two sales professionals and responsible for their ongoing growth 

  • Ensuring operational performance by acting as an internal advocate for accounts within your territory, ensuring teams across Bullhorn are informed and aligned to account plans in place. Cross-functional communication and being a good partner are core to your ability to succeed in this role and it’s expected that you build and maintain positive and proactive relationships with your peers in other departments, including Support, Finance, Professional Services, Product, etc. 

  • Expanding reach with executive contacts within your base of business and leading business development efforts specific to your territory in support of your growth goals, ensuring that you are always staying close to the business leaders and decision makers within your accounts to ensure we’re aligned to how we can understand their business objectives and best support them as a client 

  • Developing growth of personal brand as a global expert in recruitment and technology, including speaking opportunities, content features, etc., in alignment with Bullhorn’s overall Enterprise marketing plan 

 

This job may be for you if:

  • You have considerable personal experience in selling SaaS solutions, as well as leading teams that of SaaS sellers at the Enterprise level 

  • You have deep understanding of the recruitment technology ecosystem 

  • You can demonstrate strong territory and contact management skills

  • You are naturally very consultative and have a passion for solution selling

  • You have strong relationship orientation and can demonstrate success in a customer-focused environment

  • You have a high energy level together with a high degree of integrity 

  • You are a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to work

  • You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and can confidently present to clients

  • You can leverage your own network to to identify Bullhorn opportunities to grow sales revenue

 

Bonus points for:

  • Staffing industry experience

  • Language Skills: Dutch and/or German highly preferred, but not required
