Transmit Security is looking for a Director, Sales Systems to build a global Sales Systems team that can support our rapidly growing global sales organization. In this role, you will work with your Sales Operations peers and lead the administration of our Salesforce.com instance in addition to championing the acquisition, implementation and integration, and adoption of all technology used by our global sales organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in building a Sales System team that can scale and meet the demands of the growing sales organization.

This role requires passion for operational excellence, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to deliver fast and reliable results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Sales Systems Manager will need to work closely with key stakeholders within all supporting business units. 

This role can be remote anywhere in the US. 

  • Oversee Salesforce Systems Administrators and ensure our Salesforce instance is optimized to support our GTM strategy
  • Develop and manage tech stack roadmap to design/build new features and tools that leverage best practices and address current and future business needs.
  • Coordinate and prioritize Sales tool enhancements between Sales Operations, Sales Management, and Information Systems
  • Gather and document formal Business Requirements
  • Act as a project analyst or project manager for system enhancements, software evaluations, and implementations in conjunction with IT as necessary
  • Support Sales through day-to-day troubleshooting of Sales Systems related issues and own those issues through to complete resolution
  • Document best practices and educate users on getting the most out of each application as well as new features / enhancements.
  • Ensure quality and integrity of the data coming out of our applications and coordinating with partners in Finance and Marketing on downstream processes, reporting and analytics.

Line Management

  • Manage, coach, and train the Sales Systems team and provide guidance to support career development and growth

Requirements:

  • BA/BS required; minimum of 7 years experience in Sales Operations in the technology and/or marketing space
  • Prior experience as a Systems Analyst in a Software Company or High-Growth environment or organization
  • Ability to evaluate the specific business value of prospective new technologies and vendors
  • High level of experience with Salesforce with Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning
  • High level of experience with Sales Technology including Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Lean Data or comparable platforms
  • Strong project management, planning, and organization skills
  • Team player that understands success rests on helping others to be successful
  • Strong individual contributor, continuously seeking to learn and develop
  • Proven track record of effectively interfacing with cross-functional departments and sales management team
  • At least 7 years of experience in supporting sales organizations, processes, and strategy
  • Expertise in salesforce.com from the technical, administration and management aspects
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the sales organization’s efficient operation and success
  • Experience in working at a multinational companies - an advantage
  • Executive communicator; comfortable and experienced at multiple levels
  • People management experience (desirable)
