Mendix is seeking an LMS/CMS Administrator to develop, maintain and grow integrated learning and content systems for our global sales enablement organization. This role will be responsible for the overall coordination, packaging and delivery of training curriculum through our existing Learning Management System (MindTickle) and our Content Management System (Seismic).

Responsibilities:

  • Configuring, administering, maintaining, updating, and documenting all learning technologies and environments.
  • Managing users, maintaining courses and tracking ongoing progress and communication with our sales team and sales leadership.
  • Monitoring, measuring and evaluating results to ensure training success and adapt content and deployments based on feedback
  • Creating, deploying, and maintaining virtual training environments/classrooms for remote training engagements
  • Developing and documenting processes or policies as needed to establish consistent use of the systems
  • Proactively maintaining of all Learning and Content related systems
  • Performing administration tasks to support training activities and operations including scheduling and logistics of both live and virtual training sessions
  • Ensuring a sustainable model is in-place to regularly review and update content update for on-going changes in features/functions on a regular basis
  • Manage online course and web design for enterprise level learning management systems
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, internal customers (Sales), and vendors
  • Ability to develop and document processes or policies as needed to establish consistent use of the systems
  • Independently leads technology assessments, utilizing data to make recommendations regarding adoption, system configuration, and best practices for users.
  • Will deliver effective training on both the business processes as well as systems functionality the L&D teams will use to support those processes

Requirements:

  • Experience with learning management or content management systems such as Seismic, MindTickle, Insight Squared, or Lyearn
  • Skilled in developing job aids using tools such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint or Adobe for a wide variety of audiences
  • Experience delivering training in both a virtual classroom and a traditional classroom
  • Exceptional facilitation skills for virtual and traditional classroom or a combination of both.
  • Strong technical aptitude as it relates to training of new systems
  • Functional experience using learning management systems for training delivery
  • Ability to self-direct as circumstances change and priorities shift, based on needs, without significant oversight
  • Ability to work autonomously as circumstances change and priorities shift, based on needs, without significant oversight
  • Strong technical aptitude as it relates to training of new systems, and potential integration with other platforms
  • Utilize a pro-active approach to problem solving, constraints, and issues.
  • Can create method for tracking and updating all online learning assets.
  • Have demonstrated a successful track record of planning and executing projects.
  • Enjoy developing on-demand training content and job aids to support learning efforts including job aids for learners, learning & development administrators, and executive assistants supporting senior stakeholders
  • Excel at collaborating with other functional leads for change management, communications and product owners to ensure training content is aligned and accurate
