Inside Sales Representative (Mautic)

The Account Executive (AE) is an inside role that’s responsible for developing new business by following up with inbound leads, as well as prospecting mid-market clients in North America and Europe. The AE is the point person for prospects throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to demo to close. Responsibilities
- Learn to tell the Mautic story exceptionally well -- this includes understanding the digital marketers’ mindset to conduct discovery calls, product demos, and answer questions
- Develop your own book of business by selling Mautic to new accounts
- Work with Marketing team to follow up on inbound leads
- Start consultative conversations with prospective clients, via phone and email
- Meticulously manage and update contacts and deals in CRM
- Work hard to achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly goals
- Stay current on Mautic technology updates, as well as MarTech trends
- Occasional domestic travel for conferences or client meetings
- Learn from a high-performing B2B team, who will invest in your success
Experience & Skills
- 3-10 years of experience, with a successful track record selling B2B SaaS solution
- Experience selling to Marketing or Sales personas a major plus
- Experience using marketing automation, email marketing, CMS and/or CRM tools a plus
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and terminology a plus
- Ability to develop deep understanding of Mautic’s products our unique value

Education
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communications; or equivalent experience
