The opportunity
As an Inside Sales Representative you will report to the Regional Director of Western Europe. You’ll be eager to advance your career at Immersive Labs and have keen business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts. You should have the confidence, discipline, and drive to hunt for new customers across the French Enterprise Market.
You’ll be directly involved in powering our growth in a new market! This is a role for someone who is hungry, willing to learn and grow into a world class technology sales executive. If you have the work ethic and commitment to be a top sales executive, we will give you the tools, the time, and the training to become one.
Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):
- Work collaboratively with the sales team in region to develop and strengthen pipeline
- Identifying and progressing qualified sales opportunities using various channels
- You will also be required to close opportunities alongside generating enterprise sales opportunities.
- Meeting with inbound marketing to cultivate customer/prospect relationships
- Execute on outbound prospecting techniques to qualify leads at a good pace as well as to a high quality to consistently hit
- Log activity consistently and reliably in CRM
You should apply if you have (we know it’s tough, but please try to avoid the confidence gap. You don’t have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role):
- Ability to take direction, be coached and mentored. This will be important to growth and progression within the company
- Demonstrated success interacting with people by phone and other channels. This will include overcoming obstacles associated with prospecting
- Strong presence and interpersonal skills
- Experience and/or aptitude to learn sales technology stack (CRM, Salesloft, LinkedIn)
- Fluent in both French and English.
