And this is our Enterprise Sales Director role for those who are goal and success-oriented.
Tasks in the role

  • Articulate and craft Semrush's business value through engaging executive-level presentations.
  • Prospect into large fortune 1000 companies while running an efficient sales process.
  • Build relationships with clients for the long haul, establish lasting, recurring relationships.
  • Maintain, build and own specific relationship maps for your territory including existing relationships and aspirational contacts.
  • Develop a deep comprehension of customer's business.
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI, delivering outcomes.
  • Handle existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into the assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy easy solution.
  • Have an intuitive sense of necessary steps to close business and gain customer validation.
  • Identify a robust set of business drivers behind all opportunities.
  • Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to guide key functionality and benefits into core business value messages.


Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent in a related field .
  • 5-7 years of experience in a sales management role with Enterprise clients with proven abilities meeting sales targets .
  • Digital Marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Chorus, and Excel preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate and present verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team and support individual strengths and professional development .
  • Technically savvy and adaptable in a constantly changing environment. Ability to quickly master new technology .
  • Strong ability to drive results through others while developing strategic market and segment plans.
  • Excellent creative and effective decision-making skills to solve problems and achieve results.
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, and ability to meet deadlines and achieve results.
  • Strong enthusiasm and positivity along with a commitment to creating excellent experiences.


A bit about the team
You can get to know the team better at one of the interviews, but some brief information about future colleagues will be useful now.
As a member of our Expansion Division, you will formulate and execute the Semrush sales strategy while working with large enterprise customers (companies with 1000+ employees, $500 million in revenue).
